Credits

Prepaid, quoted, accounted for.

Credits are closed-loop production value spent on generation and production operations. You buy them in packs, see the exact price of every job before it runs, and get a ledger entry for every reservation, capture, release, and refund.

Example quotes

What a job costs

These examples are computed from the active price book, the same source the studio uses when it quotes you. Actual prices depend on resolution, duration, engine, and input mode, and are always shown before you reserve.

Retail credit prices are decoupled from provider list prices and include expected retries, moderation, media processing, storage, delivery, payment fees, and the platform margin.

How charging works

Reserve, capture, release.

  • Quote

Before any job you see the engine, provider, region, resolution, duration, input mode, audio behavior, latency band, and exact credit price.

  • Reserve

Approving a quote reserves that amount atomically. Reserved credits are not available for other jobs but have not been spent.

  • Capture on success

When the provider returns an accepted result the reservation is captured. You never pay more than the quote.

  • Release on failure

A provider failure, timeout, or safety rejection of the input releases the reservation in full. Retries you request are new quotes.

Routine creative retries are charged at their quoted price. A project owner can cap retries per shot and require manual approval beyond the cap.

Supporting projects

Contribute credits to a project you believe in.

Supporters contribute credits to a project pool. The owner spends the pool on production and supporters can see, at a useful level, where credits went, without exposing private prompts or assets. Supporters choose to be named with their amount, named without their amount, or anonymous.

  • Contributions are not investments, ownership, or a promise of profit.
  • Project-pooled credits cannot be used for Live Anime, which is funded only by participant reservations.
  • Owners cannot withdraw contributed credits as cash.

Refunds and disputes

Minna no Anime is the business you pay. Receipts, refunds, disputes, and payment support come from us. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase where local law requires or our policy allows; credits already captured by completed generations are not refundable. Payments are screened for fraud, and a purchase placed under review is credited once the review clears.

Questions

Do credits expire?
No. Credits remain in your account while it is active. Promotional credits, when offered, carry their own disclosed expiry.
Why is the price higher than the provider's list price?
A retail credit price covers the accepted output plus expected retries, image and reasoning calls, moderation, media processing, storage, delivery, payment fees, and the platform margin. We do not subsidize generation and we do not silently change the model you approved.
What if my result is bad?
A completed generation that meets the technical and safety checks is charged at its quote, even if you decide not to use it. You can regenerate at a new quote, replace the segment, or change the keyframe. Provider failures and input rejections are always released.
Can I withdraw credits?
No. Credits are production value, not money. Creator earnings from viewing revenue, when the program opens, are a separate monetary system with verified payouts.
Which currency?
Packs are priced in US dollars. Taxes are shown separately at checkout.
